Registration Fees:

The S.M.A.R.T application must be completed and returned along with the registration fee at the time of registration. The registration fee is due by February 2nd, 2007. A two-week grace period will be allowed on returning students. After February 16th, 2007 a $25.00 late fee will be assessed to returning families that haven't yet registered.
Parents enrolling more than one child must pay the registration fee for the oldest child they are registering. For example, if you are enrolling a Preschooler, a Kindergarten student and a 4th grader, the fee due is $75. This fee is due at the time of registration.
Curriculum/information Technology Fees:

The curriculum/information technology fee is due for each child you are enrolling (e.g., if you are enrolling a Kindergarten student and a 7th grader the total amount due is $430). Preschool is not charged a technology fee. The curriculum/technology fee is due on April 27th. A two-week grace period will be allowed on returning students. After May 11, 2007 a $50.00 late fee will be assessed per child for returning students that haven't paid their curriculum fee. This fee is incurred to pay for late orders on curriculum supplies.
Registration will be considered secured with the payment of the Registration Fee and the Curriculum/technology Fee. The Registration Fee is due at the time of registration and the Curriculum/technology Fee is due by April 27th.
PACHS Fundraiser OPT-OUT Program:

Once this fee is paid you will have the opportunity, if you desire, to recover all or part of this money through the two PACHS fundraisers that will be provided to assist you. The Fundraiser OPT-OUT fee is
required
for each student that attends Christian Hills School. This fee is due by August 10th, 2007. It may be payed any time after the registration fee is paid. Any profit the school receives due to your participation will be deducted off the end of your tuition.
(e.g. If you sell $600.00 of product and the school receives 50% profit, $300.00 will come off the end of your child's tuition.)
If you prepay your tuition bill, the money could go towards the following year's registration and / or curriculum fees, or be dispersed in a refund check at the end of the school year.

Multiple Child
The first child pays the full tuition (oldest child)
The second child receives a 10% discount. (second oldest child, etc.)
The third child receives a 20% discount.
The fourth child receives a 30% discount.
There is no discount for Preschool.
Christian Hills ChurchMembers in good standing receive a 10% discount.
Pre-pay:
Tuition must be paid in full by August 1st to receive the following discounts
1st through 8th grade - $100.00 per student
Kindergarten - $75.00 per student
Preschool - $50.00 per student
SMART Tuition:
The SMART Tuition Payment Program allows you to make your monthly tuition payments directly to
SMART by check, money order, or automatic deduction from your bank account. The $38.00 fee to
administer this program is spread out over the ten (10) month payment schedule. No administration fee
is due for pre-payment. The SMART Tuition Program application must be completed and returned to
the school at the time of registration.
Payment Policy:
Tuition is due on the 10th of every month from August through May. As is stated in your S.M.A.R.T. Tuition information brochure, tuition that is received after the 20th of each month will be assessed a $20.00 late fee.
There will be no refunds for short months, sickness, vacations, or days off.
Any account that has a check returned for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) will have a $25.00 fee assessed.
Please be aware the S.M.A.R.T. Tuition Program will not RE-deposit a NSF check (2nd time) without the endorser calling and instructing them to do so.
